What is it?

Universal Healthcare, what is it? It is a term referring to organized health care systems built around the principle of universal coverage for all members of society, combining mechanisms for health financing and service provision, according to the World Health Organization. So, why does America need it? In my personal opinion, I believe universal health care would benefit so much for  Americans, especially in this economy, and gas prices. I mean like, why is it that someone in France can break a foot, go to the hospital, and not have to pay a costly hospital bill, and you come to America health insurance is still not enough, depending on your health condition. America should take examples from neighboring countries and see how much universal health care has benefited them.
